INFORMATION For Galesburg Knoxville RV Camp Resort

Ev Charging is not allowed at any site. We cannot safely  charge vehicles from RV, Tent or Cabin power pedistals.

30AMP to 50 AMP or 50 AMP to 30 AMP converters are not allowed. You will have to upgrade to a site that can handle your campers power requirements. 

Storm Shelter. The safest place during severe weather is in the restrooms. This is the ONLY time pets are allowed in the building.

Camping is an outdoor recreational activity. we are not liable for inclimate weather accident(s), illness, or injuries.

 Escape civilization! Camp in this charming NEW Deluxe Cabin.  Certainly an upgrade compared to sleeping in a primitive tent or rustic cabin! Experience this entire cabin with a full bath. Sleeps 2 children and 2 adults. Includes queen-sized single bed and a twin-sized bunk bed, small microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, WiFi6 in the cabin. (Please do not cook indoors.) Quaint front porch with chairs, picnic table, and fire ring. Weber 210 gas grill with 1 gal propane. Bring your own linens, towels, shower caddy/toiletries, etc. We do have a Kamp Store with items such as ice, firewood, drinks, snacks, and basic supplies at the camp store when open. All cabins undergo an enhanced cleaning process. 1 Vehicle is allowed. Items and features may vary from KOA to KOA. No linens bring your sheets, towels, and pillows. We have disposable linens for sale in the store when open.  

• ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH that is attached to a human or dog tie. If your pet is running free, you may be ejected w/o refund. You must pick up after your pet even in the dog park. Note fines on dog waste  receptacles .
• Disputes & Chargebacks will be charged a minimum $35.00 fee.
• Golf Carts. This is a small campground and golf carts must stay on the gravel roads.
• No driving, parking (Including golf carts) or placing mats on grass.
• Sorry, no ATV, UTV, Side by Side, or noisy golf carts.
• Only 1 vehicle is allowed at sites 12 - 60. Extra vehicles must be parked on the visitor parking and have a valid parking pass.
• Firewood.  No Carry-in firewood to prevent the spread of harmful forest pests, the state of Illinois has laws prohibiting the movement of firewood across their borders 
• RV Power 30 or 50 AMP. Your RV must be on a site that  accommodates the factory power connection without  a converter (wishbone) to the other amperage.
• Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 8AM
• Visitors. Visitors may visit from 9 AM - 9 PM. (Not over night)  $10.00 per person. They must register at the office for a parking pass and instructions. 
• All children under 16 must be at their site by 9PM
• Absolutely no washing of any vehicles.
• Fireworks and Firearms are prohibited.
• No moving fire pit's. Keep fires in provided fire pit's.
• Please do not empty ashes,  charcoal , or garbage on the grounds.
• NO BBQ Grills on picnic tables.
• Fishing Pond. Bring your rod and reel, our fishing pond is CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY
  Please respect the natural environment where they live.
• Trash Pickup at sites 10AM & 5PM. Any other times, you must take to dumpster at entrance.
• Equipment Rental. Berg Pedal Bikes, Ax Throw, Mini Golf, Disc golf, and more are free. Please sign out equipment and return to the store. See Store Hours. Berg Bikes 30 min max.
• SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH strictly enforced due to children and pets.
• NO SMOKING in or near Playground or buildings.
• Management reserves the right to eject  guests at our  discursion  without refund, any persons whose conduct is objectionable or violates campground, county or state rules and laws.
• MAIL. We DO NOT accept USPS (US Mail). If you need something sent to the campground, it must be sent through UPS, FedEx, or Amazon. 
• Storm Shelter. The safest place during bad weather is in the restrooms. 
• Lost or Stolen items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your campsite and items when you leave.  
• 100 LB or larger Propane tanks are not allowed.

We have a new Jumbo Jumper jump pad. opens April 15th - Oct 20th
The jumping pad is fun for all ages!
Please remove your shoes and any item that could  puncture  the pillow and enjoy!
Open during store hours. We request that an adult be present. 

ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS may use the pool.

Rain or Lightning. We are required to close the pool if there's lightning within 30 miles of our location. We are not allowed to reopen until lightning has not been detected for 30 minutes  within  the 30 miles of our location.
Overcrowded pool area will force management to close it for everyone.
PLEASE - NO SMOKING, EATING, OR DRINKING IN THE POOL AREA (WATER ONLY)
There are picnic tables alongside the outside pool fenced area for all eating and drinking. Pool hours are 10 am - 8 pm (Water safety is important to us, please understand we may have a delayed opening time if the pool numbers need correction)
Anyone under 16 must be with an adult.
Please, no pets in the pool area.
No food or drinks or smoking inside the fenced area.
Swim Diapers MUST be worn by infants/toddlers not yet potty-trained. We do sell them in the store.
Open Memorial Day to Labor Day. 

Hiking / Walking Trails are for everyone.
Dogs are allowed, but please pick up after them!
Benches and Pet stations are available on the trails at several locations for your convenience.
Please no Golf Carts, Bicycles, or anything with wheels. 

 Check-in: We are in the CENTRAL Time Zone. Check-in starts at 2:00 pm, if you need to arrive earlier please contact us to see if your site is available. There is a nominal $10 per hour charge for early arrival and also late checkout when available. 

Check-out: is before 11 AM CST for RV and 10 AM for Cabins & Tent. Late Check-out (If Available) $10.00/hr up till 2 pm. After 2 pm, must pay for another night (If Available). This must be done before 10 am.

 After Hours check-in: There will be an envelope with your name on it in the after-hours check-in. Inside will have a map to your site and site number. The map has the bathroom code and WiFi password.  

 No refunds are given on or after the arrival date. No refunds for late arrival or early departure, or  ejected from park. 

 To guarantee your campsite: A deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.  Special events/days require a full deposit. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at KOA.com. You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.  

 Need to Cancel?: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 309-289-2267 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee if you are not within the deadlines. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

Reservations or changes of dates made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations or changing dates made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

RV & Tent Sites: 7 Day cancellation or change of dates notice is required by phone only, or the deposit is forfeited. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. seven days before your scheduled arrival.

Deluxe Cabins & Deluxe Sites: 14 days cancellation notice or change of dates required. Please notify your KOA two weeks before your scheduled arrival by phone only.

Deluxe Cabins & Unique Accommodations: These units have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA campground location when making your reservations.
